## About
Prime Performance Labs (PPL) is the world's first integrated performance team combining executive coaching with neuroscience. Founded by Jason Leavy, a former global C-suite executive, PPL helps leaders break out of the "Simmering Six" — that 6-out-of-10 zone where high performers are getting the job done but falling short of their potential. The approach pairs an executive coach (for mindset and leadership) with a neuroscientist (for cognitive performance, sleep, stress, energy) working together as one integrated team. PPL was awarded Best Innovation in Leadership Development 2025.
